The hosts were confident after smashing 275 batting first in their opening match and this was portrayed by opener Beck Hemmingway, who smashed a quickfire fifty from 35 balls to give Chichester a great start.
However, Worthing picked up wickets at regular intervals as Chichester posted 147 all-out from their 20 overs.
Caldera (1-25) and Tom Phizackerly (1-25) were impressive with the ball for Chichester, but it was an impressive run chase from Worthing which saw the visitors to victory.
