'˜Unlicensed' donation bag appeal
Residents are being advised to ignore an bag drop appeal purporting to be from a breast cancer charity.
Arun District Council tweeted that the donation appeal by Giving Support Ltd for Breast Cancer Research Aid had not been registered with the authority.
It added: “Any request for clothing or other items should be ignored.”
The Observer has contacted Breast Cancer Research Aid for comment.
