Anjels Hair & Beauty manager Lisa Bailey said: “Last year’s event went well so we have offered it to NHS staff this year, and we have been able to extend our offer to care workers in our community as well as frontline workers and St Catherine’s Hospice workers.
“We see frontline NHS workers as our new national heroes and we at Anjels Hair and Beauty thought it’s our turn to give back by offering our time and services to them.
“By showing our gratitude it allows people to feel positive emotions and enjoy great experiences, especially during these hard times.

“Thank you to all NHS workers and care workers.”
Lisa wanted to hold more events that benefit the community in the future.
She added: “We would definitely like to hold more events like this in the future as it does bring our community together and it also helps support small businesses, like ourselves, in the long run.”
Lisa also hoped that, by giving back to the community, she could help get Crawley back on track after a tumultuous 12 months.
