Note that on Saturday 21st March, St. Mary’s will offer a children’s Lenten lunch, catered for by the children from the church. They will also organise a bake sale at this lunch to raise additional funds for Casa Luz, a Peruvian orphanage supported by the Horsham-based Condor Vision Trust.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to serve others and to be involved in an event which is supported by the whole church and raises awareness of others’ needs,” explained Fiona Prentice, children’s coordinator at St. Marys.
