No slump in demand for Felpham beach huts
The typical symbols of the English seaside are still flourishing in spite of the rest of the property market suffering a slump.
Inspire Leisure has several hundred people on the waiting list for its huts in Felpham and Ferring '“ and the list was closed four years ago.

Hide AdThe leisure operator, which took over Arun District Council's leisure services a couple of years ago, is planning to re-open the list for one month in October.
Beach lovers can acquire their slice of the seaside in two ways.
They can either rent a hut from an owner, such as Inspire Leisure, or they can buy the site from the landowner and sell the hut when they like.
This is usually done through May's the estate agents in Felpham for those in Culver Road but the deal can be handled by any
property company.
