Dial 999 if you see man wanted in relation to 'two serious Hastings assaults', say police

A man wanted in relation to two serious assaults is being sought by police, Sussex Police have announced today (Thursday, May 18).

Police said they are searching for wanted man Joseph Charlotte.

A police spokesperson said: “Charlotte, 21, is sought in relation to two serious assaults in Hastings on Friday (May 12).

“He is believed to still be in the Hastings area.

“Anyone who sees Charlotte or knows where he is, is asked to call 999 quoting serial 382 of 12/05.

“Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
