Court date set for former Eastbourne letting agent
A former letting agent from Eastbourne is due to appear in court charged with fraud.
Michael Duke, 52, of Arlington Road, Eastbourne, faces nine charges of fraud by false representation.
He was due to appear before Hastings magistrates in January and the case against him has now been adjourned until April 21.
